Is social media causing you unnecessary stress?

Lately, I’ve been thinking about whether or not being connected to social media constantly is a good thing. Are you tired of reading about other people's engagements and the birth of, yet another, new baby.  Do you find yourself comparing yourself to others? This can lead to feelings of disappointment, fear of missing out and asking yourself, "Am I not good enough or what's wrong with me?"
