Debbie loves working with people who are dedicated to growth and change. She believes that people can and do change and that while the past may have an impact on our present, it doesn't have to dictate it. She is available to work with you as you search for ways to find balance and experience improvements in your life.  You will have the opportunity to develop coping skills and personal growth in an emotionally supportive and encouraging environment.

Debbie offers short-term individual counseling geared toward finding solutions, as well as intensive individual psychotherapy that encourages patients to make personality changes.  Debbie helps her clients examine how unresolved issues can present  roadblocks to realizing one’s best life.  She believes the key to unlocking a client’s full potential is the client’s belief about themselves and a willingness to accept personal responsibility for one’s life experiences. ​Social Work bases its foundation on the “person in environment” model which means there is more to the problem than just you. There are people, places and situations outside of you that are impacting your capacity to grow and thrive. Debbie believes that once these areas of your life that impact you negatively are addressed, it will become easier to make changes in your life
